- SCS CD1 day ago4.0A definite parenting hack for rainy days. Plenty of animals for little ones to look at. Sometimes the staff even let the kids hold the guinea pigs etc.

Imagine the amount of animals suffering because the owners can't afford hundreds of pounds to see a vet. All greedy corporate companies that are just interested in making max profit. I took my mums dog here last year and it needed antibiotics and was charged around £60 and looked online and with a prescription the same item was £13. Then a few months ago her dog was in agony and back legs had gone and was screaming and they had me sat in the waiting area 25min before they put her to sleep. Absolutely shocking

I will never be going back again. have done a terrible job of cutting him I ask for his hair to be cut as short as possible due to him having bad back legs. Completely ignored what i asked for and kept all his hair long. I left a note when booking the appointment about my dog having bad back legs etc and needing extra care as it is super sensitive due to his condition. Got there after the terrible groom to find out they didn’t even read the notes. On top of this when we called back up they tried to LIE and say the notes didn’t show up when another employee said that they did but they just didn’t read them. zero communication. He now is struggling to walk, not standing on the hard floor at all like he’s scared or it or it’s hurting him, keeping his foot in the air and hobbling around. He will not move off the living room rug, even for food which is very unlike him. I am more than disappointed with this service and they didn’t even give a resolution all they did was make up poor excuses.
